CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANISATIONS SAY “MY STRENGTH” TO THE PUBLIC FOR COOPERATION IN ANTALYA

“Stronger Civil Society in the field of Migration” Trainings held in Antalya are completed today. Over 70 civil society representatives met with the Directorate General of Migration Management and Antalya Provincial Directorate of Migration Management and discussed potential cooperation with the public in the field of migration and international protection. Representatives from different CSOs working in different fields including Gülen Yüzler Derneği, Beşir Derneği, Hayata Destek Derneği, Filistin Dostları Derneği came together.

The training focused on issues such as global, regional and national mobility of individuals, international protection, refugee concepts, the principle of non-refoulement, human rights declarations, target audience and problem analysis in project management. The training program developed as a result of training needs analysis conducted with CSOs continues to be implemented with a participatory approach.
