Dialogue Is Increased
The Migration and Civil Society Project strengthens the dialogue not only among public institutions and civil society organizations, but also among CSOs operating in the field of migration and international protection. Civil society organizations working in the field of migration and international protection have the opportunity to share their activities and goals through the dialogue developed among them, and to share the goals that they want to achieve with a more loud voice.
Cooperation Is Provided
The ever-increasing number of foreigners in our country has revealed the need to improve existing practice methods in the field of migration and international protection. This situation requires institutions working on migration and international protection to act in cooperation. The Migration and Civil Society Project aims to ensure that the institutions operating in this field carry out more effective work with the existing collaborations as well as sustainable collaborations.
Civil Society Organizations To Strengthen
Within the scope of the project, training modules are designed for civil society organizations operating in the field of migration and international protection. The training modules will improve the CSOs and the international legal framework on migration and international migration for protected areas, the developments in Turkey and their national legislation on migration issues as well as funding to support capacity development and training in project development.
Networks And Platforms Are Established
It is important to share the knowledge and experience between civil society and public authorities in order to carry out activities in the field of migration and international protection more effectively. The project increases the dialogue between civil society and public institutions to strengthen the effective networking efforts. Municipalities support the CSO networks at the national level for local administrations, regional and national governments.
